The Beverly Hills Bands are using an online database called Charms Office Assistant to help manage information on band members.  By accessing Charms, you will be able to view your child’s financial account, whether or not they have turned in their forms, the band handbook, our calendar of events and much more.  You the parent can also update any personal information you would like and can easily e-mail us using this program.  Charms is our email distribution system, and having your current email in the system will allow us to provide you with important band updates.

To access the database, follow these instructions:

 

1.  Click the button below and a new window will open. 

 

2.  Under parent/student login where it says school code, type in bhiband. 

 

3.  The student password is the student I.D.
