Harvey impact to schedule

Band family,

With Harvey having impacted our school schedule, there have been a few changes to our band calendar:

1. BHI open house has been moved from 9/14 to Thursday, 9/28. The Wind Ensemble will still be performing.

2. The PISD All-City auditions have been cancelled by the district and will not be made up. This affects students in the Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Band.

We also missed our parent meeting from August 31st. We do plan on rescheduling that event and will communicate as soon as a date is selected.
